Riyadh Financial Services' help centre answers the most common questions from existing customers with Ijaar home finance or Al-Mustaqbal SMSF finance. Find your task below, or call +61 2 7202 7900 or chat with us at riyadhfs.com.au/contact-us.
Log in from our Manage your finance page, choosing the Internet Banking login for your finance. It also links to the Riyadh Financial Mobile Access app. Having trouble logging in? Chat with us.
Payments are taken by direct debit on your due date from the account shown in your welcome letter, so make sure the full amount is there the day before. To change that account, contact us: we'll send a form by DocuSign for everyone on the finance to sign, and you'll need a statement for the new account. Behind on a payment? Read what happens if you miss a payment.
On Ijaar home finance, money you keep in a Cash Management Account is taken off your finance balance each day before rental is calculated. On a variable rental rate, a permanent reduction of your finance balance has no fee: everyone on the finance signs a form we send by DocuSign, and we confirm your new payment. On a fixed rental rate, different rules apply to extra payments, so ask us first. Chat with us to start.
On the variable rental rate of selected Ijaar home finance, redraw is available once it's switched on for your account, and it's usually off while your property is being built. Redraw isn't available on Al-Mustaqbal SMSF finance. Al-Mustaqbal SMSF finance has a Cash Management Account, without Pay Anyone and without a debit card. For a large redraw or a payment to someone else, chat with us.
Your regular statements are in Internet Banking, at no charge. We can order a statement for another period, and a fee may apply. For tax, download the statements for the financial year and speak with your accountant or registered tax agent, because we can't give tax advice.
Use Update Party Details in Internet Banking, or chat with us. To change your address, contact us and we'll tell you how to send proof of the new address securely, such as your government ID or a recent utility bill. To change your email or mobile, send the request from your current registered email address, and we'll confirm it with you before we make the change.
We place a notice in Internet Banking under Documents showing your new rental or dividend rate, when it applies and your new payment. On Ijaar home finance, anyone on the finance, or your broker, can ask for a rental rate review at any time. A review is subject to assessment, so a lower rental rate isn't promised.
A top-up or equity release on Ijaar home finance is a new application, so talk to your broker: it's assessed against credit criteria and approval isn't guaranteed. Al-Mustaqbal SMSF finance doesn't offer cash out. If your broker isn't available, chat with us and we'll try to reach them. Read more about equity release.
The financier releases progress payments directly to your builder as each stage of the build is completed and checked. Our guide to construction progress payments explains each step.
Yes, for as long as you have the finance. Send us the renewed certificate of currency before your policy expires. Ask us for the exact name to list as the interested party, because it isn't "Riyadh FS".
Ask us for a discharge authority form. Everyone on the finance signs it by hand, the details must match our records, and if you're selling you also send the Contract of Sale. Your Cash Management Account and any debit card are switched off shortly before settlement, and any money left over is refunded to the account you nominate. Send the form early, especially if you have a settlement date.
Tell us as early as possible, by phone on +61 2 7202 7900 or in writing. You don't need a form to ask for help, but we may send one to collect the details we need. Options such as a short pause or lower payments for a period are subject to assessment. Free, confidential financial counselling is available from the National Debt Helpline on 1800 007 007. See what happens if you miss a payment and our Credit Guide.
Making a complaint is free. Contact us first and tell us what happened and what you'd like us to do, but please don't send tax file numbers or full bank or card numbers. Our Credit Guide explains how we handle complaints and how to take one to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), a free, independent service.
If a call, text or email about your finance doesn't feel right, stop and call us on +61 2 7202 7900. Don't share your Internet Banking password or security code with anyone. Read our scams and security page.
Yes. Al-Mustaqbal SMSF finance uses a dividend rate. Your fund can make additional payments with no early payment penalty, and it has a Cash Management Account, but no redraw, no Pay Anyone, no debit card and no cash out. Your fund's trustee makes requests for the fund.
Your direct debit may show the name of the financier we work with rather than Riyadh Financial Services. That's normal. If the name or amount doesn't look right, contact us and we'll check it.
Yes. The welcome letter can only show monthly figures. Your payments are still taken at the frequency you chose, and the email we sent with your welcome letter confirms the frequency, first due date and amount.
Yes. Noor, our AI assistant at riyadhfs.com.au/contact-us, answers general questions and can pass you to our client service team. Please don't share tax file numbers, bank or card numbers, or ID documents in chat. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
