Who is Riyadh Financial Services?

Riyadh Financial Services arranges Shariah-compliant home, commercial and SMSF property finance across Australia through accredited brokers. Brokers have a best interests duty to their clients and work nationwide, so they're well placed to help people find finance that suits their needs and their values.

Our Ijaar home finance uses Ijarah Muntahia Bittamleek, a lease that ends in ownership. The financier appoints the customer as its agent (wakeel, under a Wakalah agency agreement) to buy the property on its behalf, and the customer pays rental until the financier's share passes to them. Al-Mustaqbal SMSF finance uses Diminishing Musharakah, a partnership that reduces over time. Our product structures are reviewed by our Shariah adviser, and our Shariah certificate is reviewed regularly. Ask us for a copy and what it covers. Learn how Islamic home finance works.

Who do we work with?

We're interested in hearing from people with experience in these areas. We don't list vacancies on this page, and roles aren't always open.

Islamic finance specialists

Experienced brokers who'd like to join the 360 MMS group, which includes Riyadh Financial Services, rather than broker independently, and help other brokers with their clients' scenarios. These roles are carried out under our licensee's authorisation.

Broker support and business development

Helping accredited brokers understand our finance, the Shariah compliance module and how to prepare an application, and building relationships with broker groups.

Credit and settlements support

Preparing and checking applications, working with the financier on requests for more information, and coordinating documents through to settlement.

Client services

Helping existing customers with payments, statements, changes to their finance, hardship requests and complaints, by phone and chat.

Back-office operations

Administration, records, reporting and the systems that support brokers and customers.

What is it like to work here?

A regulated business. We work within Australian credit law and our licensee's compliance framework, and accuracy matters in everything we write and say.
A team that serves a community. Many of our customers want finance that suits their faith, and helping them through the process is a big part of the work.
